Legend :
- A linkage group is presented as a thick vertical bar with markers (M1, M2 ...) ordered at user's defined odds (lod3, lod2) .
- Non single-placed markers are presented by floating vertical bars :
The best positions are drawn in blue while alternatives (here 2nd best position) are drawn in red. - Distances in cR or cM are noted between markers.
