Legend :
- A linkage group is presented as a thick vertical bar with markers (M1, M2 ...) ordered at user's defined odds (lod3, lod2).
- Non single-placed markers are presented with floating vertical bars :
* The best positions ONLY are drawn when the -One option is used (blue vertical bars).
- Distances in cR or cM are noted between markers.
